Return & Refund Policy – Tuff Tattoos

Tattoo Services

 

 

  • All tattoo deposits are strictly non-refundable. Deposits secure your appointment time and are applied toward the final tattoo cost.

  • If you need to reschedule, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide proper notice, or failure to attend your appointment, will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

  • No refunds are offered on completed tattoo services under any circumstances.

 

 


 

 

Merchandise Returns (if applicable)

 


We have a 30-day return policy for merchandise, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return:

 

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 


To start a return, please contact us at tufftattooshq@gmail.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

 


 

 

Damages & Issues

 


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and correct the issue.

 


 

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

 


Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

 

  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders, limited designs).

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale items (final sale).

 


Please reach out if you have questions about a specific item.

 


 

 

Exchanges

 


The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return your original item (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, place a new order.

 


 

 

Refunds

 


If approved, merchandise refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
