Terms of Service – Tuff Tattoos

Welcome to Tuff Tattoos. By accessing our website or booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before using our services.

 

 

 

1. General Studio Policies

 

 

  • All clients must be 18 years of age or older with valid government-issued ID.

  • Tuff Tattoos reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, including instances of intoxication, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with studio policies.

 

 

 

 

2. Deposits & Payments

 

 

  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable. They secure your appointment time and are applied toward the final tattoo cost.

  • If you need to reschedule, at least 48 hours’ notice is required to retain your deposit. Missed or late cancellations will forfeit the deposit.

  • Remaining balances are due at the end of the tattoo session. We accept [insert accepted payment methods].

 

 

 

 

3. Appointments & Scheduling

 

 

  • Appointments must be booked through our official Tattoo Request Form or by direct communication with our studio.

  • Late arrivals (15 minutes or more) may result in rescheduling and loss of deposit.

  • Consultation sessions may be required before booking larger tattoos or custom designs.

 

 

 

 

4. Health & Safety

 

 

  • All procedures follow strict hygiene and sterilization protocols in compliance with Florida law.

  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, skin conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect tattooing or healing.

  • Tuff Tattoos is not responsible for complications arising from undisclosed conditions.

 

 

 

 

5. Results & Aftercare

 

 

  • Tattoo outcomes vary by skin type, placement, and aftercare.

  • We provide aftercare instructions and recommend following them carefully. Failure to follow instructions may affect healing and appearance.

  • Fading, ink spread, or allergic reactions are natural risks of tattooing. Tuff Tattoos is not liable for these outcomes.

 

 

 

 

6. Website Use

 

 

  • All content, images, and logos on www.tufftattoos.com are the property of Tuff Tattoos and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

  • Visitors agree not to misuse the website, including attempts to hack, spam, or scrape content.

 

 

 

 

7. Liability Waiver

 

 

  • By booking and receiving a tattoo, you acknowledge the inherent risks and consent to the procedure.

  • You release Tuff Tattoos, its owners, artists, and staff from liability for any complications, injuries, or results beyond our control.
