3. Fine line florals & ornamental work
Delicate botanicals, script, and ornamental accents keep growing, especially as first tattoos. Done right they age beautifully; done cheap they blur. Line weight is everything.
4. Bold classics are back
American traditional and neo-traditional are having a re-appreciation moment — bold lines, timeless motifs, colors that photograph cleanly and hold for decades. The same goes for high-contrast black & grey and blackwork, which never really left.
5. Hyper-personal over hyper-trendy
